Cancellation & Booking Policy
At Rumors Salon and Spa, we value your time and the time of our service providers. To ensure we can accommodate all guests and maintain the highest level of service, we have implemented the following booking and cancellation policies.
By booking an appointment with Rumors Salon and Spa, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
Card on File Requirement
A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments. This card securely holds your reservation and will only be charged in accordance with our cancellation policy.
24-Hour Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that any changes or cancellations be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.
Appointments canceled within 24 hours, as well as no-show appointments, will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service(s).
Group bookings of four or more people require a notice period of 72 hours (3 days). For each guest that fails to show without required notice a charge of 50% of the service amount will be incurred on the card used to reserve booking.
Late Arrivals
Guests arriving late may require a shortened service time to avoid disrupting other scheduled appointments. In some cases, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and the cancellation policy may apply.
Booking Confirmation & Reminders
As a courtesy, appointment reminders are sent prior to your visit. However, it remains the guest’s responsibility to ensure sufficient notice is given if changes are needed.

Service Satisfaction and Redo Policy
At Rumors Salon & Spa, our goal is for every guest to leave feeling confident and loving their hair. Our team takes great care during the consultation process to ensure expectations are clearly discussed before any service begins.
If you feel your service does not reflect what was discussed during your consultation, please contact the salon within 7 days of your appointment so we may review your concern and schedule a complimentary service adjustment if appropriate.
To ensure the best possible outcome, please review the following guidelines:
• Adjustment requests must be made within 7 days of the original appointment.
• Adjustments must relate to the original consultation and agreed-upon service.
• Requests for a different look, additional lighting, color change, or style preference change will be considered a new service and booked accordingly.
• Hair that has been altered by another salon or at-home services will void the adjustment policy.
• All service adjustments must be performed by Rumors Salon & Spa so our team has the opportunity to review and correct the service.
• Management reserves the right to determine whether a service qualifies for a complimentary adjustment.
Rumors Salon & Spa provides service adjustments to refine or correct the original service result when necessary. Service adjustments are not intended for major changes in style, color direction, length, or lightness beyond what was discussed during the consultation.
If a guest would like to significantly change their look after the original service has been completed, we will gladly schedule a new service appointment to achieve the desired result.

Service Pricing
All prices are subject to change based on the length, thickness, and overall scope of the service. Final pricing will be confirmed during your consultation prior to beginning your service.
Online Booking
Appointments may be booked at any time by visiting our website at http://www.rumorssalonandspa.com and selecting “Appointments.” Creating an online profile allows for a seamless booking experience and secure storage of your information.
Child Safety Policy
For the safety of all guests, we kindly ask that children not receiving services remain under direct supervision at all times. Unattended children are not permitted in the salon.
