Rumors Salon and Spa Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Rumors Salon and Spa. In order to provide exceptional service to all of our guests, we kindly ask for your cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy.

1. Cancellation Notice:

We request a 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us to offer your time slot to other guests. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so as soon as possible.

2. Late Cancellations:

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, this is considered a late cancellation.

We understand that unexpected situations arise, so we offer a one-time grace period for your first late cancellation. However, if a second late cancellation occurs, a $50 deposit will be required for future bookings. This deposit will be applied toward your service but will be non-refundable if another late cancellation occurs.

3. No-Show Policy:

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without notifying us in advance, a $25-$50 fee (depending on the service) will be charged to cover the time reserved specifically for you. This fee is intended to cover a portion of the appointment cost and ensure we can continue providing excellent service to all our guests.

4. Missed Appointments (1-Time Grace Period):

We understand that life happens. If this is your first missed appointment without prior cancellation, we will offer a one-time grace period. However, if a second missed appointment occurs without prior notice, you will be required a $50 deposit for future bookings.

5. Late Arrivals:

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may need to reschedule the service or shorten the treatment time. Please note that you may still be charged for the full scheduled service.

6. Deposits for Certain Services:

To ensure your spot for specialized services, we require a deposit for the following:

• Bridal Parties: A non-refundable deposit of $50 per guest is required to secure your appointment.

• Lash Extensions: A non-refundable deposit of $50 will be required at the time of booking.

• Color Services: For color services that require more than one appointment or involve a significant time commitment, we may ask for a deposit. The amount will vary depending on the service.

Deposits will be applied toward the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment. If you cancel within the required notice period, your deposit will be refunded in full.

7. Emergencies & Special Circumstances:

We understand that unforeseen circumstances arise. If you need to cancel due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you and, in most cases, will waive the cancellation fee for one emergency occurrence. We ask that you kindly respect this exception, as we want to continue providing exceptional service to all guests.

8. Appointment Confirmations:

To help avoid missed appointments, we send email reminders and will follow up with a phone call if we do not receive confirmation via email. Please confirm your appointment as soon as possible to avoid any potential scheduling conflicts.

9. By Booking an Appointment:

By booking an appointment at Rumors Salon and Spa, you agree to the terms of our cancellation policy. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation!

Prices given are subject to change due to the size of the area to be treated and will be quoted at the time of the initial consultation.

If you are not satisfied with your service you received, please give us a call and we will do our best to make you 100% happy. Our redo policy allows 1 week for haircuts and 2 weeks for chemical services.
